Steep Hillside 400 meters above Sea level Vinification: 18-20 Days fermention, Malolactic fermention. Aged:12 Months in French Barriques. The color is an intense ruby red. The bouquet is a complex explosion of ripe black cherries and small black berries, spicy black pepper, chocolate and tobacco. The flavor is structured and complex, yet balanced. Everlasting Finish.
