In Accordance with strict rules. The Medieval structure was built under the 1337 rules of thye town of Montepulciano. the cellar still is used today and is a great place to visit.

Cantina Del Redi in Montepulciano produces this complex and harmonious red that exudes distinct red berry notes blended with scents of vanilla and spice. Serve this wine with red meats, roasts and game, as well as with seasoned, full-flavoured cheeses.

This super Tuscan is deep ruby red with pleasing blackberry hues. The bouquet is generous, full, smooth and very persistent, redolent of berries,with pleasing scents of vanilla and liquorice. This wine pairs very well with cold cuts, red meat dishes, game, and seasoned cheeses.
