Vinification: After the grape-harvest by hand, at the half of September, there is the soft-pressing of the grapes with the separation of the skins at the controlled temperature ( 18-19° C). The method used for this Spumante is the Charmat that consists in a second fermentation in pressure tanks that lasts 3 or 4 weeks.
Wine: This Spumante has a refined and inviting scent, rich bouquet with fine a long lasting perlage. Very fruity and fresh.
