Vinification: After the grape-harvest by hand, at the half of September, there is the soft-pressing of the grapes with the separation of the skins at the controlled temperature ( 18-19° C). The method used for this wine is the Charmat that consists in a second fermentation in pressure tanks that lasts 3 or 4 weeks.
Wine: In the full, generous bouquet, rich floral notes are succeeded by scents of fruit. Lean and elegant, with subtle but unmistakable fruit on the palate, it releases a rich, lengthy “bead” of fine bubbles
