Vineyards: Spur cordon. Alluvial soil with concentration of sand and lime. Very permeable.
Vinification: After the grape-harvest by hand, at the half of September, there is the soft-pressing of the grapes with the separation of the skins. Then the fermentation is at controlled temperature ( 18-19?C). The fermentation lasts 5-8 days. The wine is then stored in steel-tanks for 1or 2 months.
Wine: Wine with a good alcoholic strength and fixed acidity. Fine, elegant, appealing and very refined taste, with a bouquet that suggests acacia blossoms
